Asynchronous and Synchronous Data Transfer

Synchronous Data Transfer:

Synchronous Data Transfer में data block या frame के रूप में continuous form में transmit होता है | यह full duplex ,  mode में कार्य करता है | इसमें electronic clock भी work करती है , अतः real time कम्युनिकाशनके लिए इसका उपयोग ज्यादा किया जाता है | 

यह asynchronous transmission की तुलना में ज्यादा reliable होता है |  

Asynchronous Data Communication :

Asynchronous data communication में data ,  byte या character के रूप में data transfer किया जाता है |  इसमें message के साथ एक start और stop bit लगा दी जाती है | 


Differentiate between asynchronous and synchronous communication.

In asynchronous transmission, Data is sent in form of byte or character.
Synchronous transmission is fast.

In Synchronous transmission, time interval of transmission is constant
In asynchronous transmission, time interval of transmission is not constant, it is random.
In Synchronous transmission, There is no gap present between data.
In asynchronous transmission, There is present gap between data.
